I think it's far more interactive in terms of just easier-to-flow conversations, obviously a much smaller and more intimate group. It's a nice balance of listening to panels, having round tables, doing the 1-to-1 meetings, and then using the breakout areas as well, while catching up with old faces and new faces too.

The peer to peer roundtables were especially interesting because at events like this you normally get 3 or 4 people who get their voice heard and you hear them on interesting panels. But the roundtables gave an opportunity for us to get 15 people from a kind of similar background, similar operator set, and it turned into more of a debate with a lot more people throwing information in that you would at a panel discussion.

We have a lot of exhibitions where we are showing off our big stands, our big brands and so forth. And it's becoming a bit noisy. So this as an alternative to these big events, they create this very intimate way to approach specific people, to understand their pains, to understand what they are looking for. To speak about details about product features and so forth, that usually we don't have time during these big shows because everybody is running around. So like, it's very important, uh, complementary events to be aligned with our customers.

The format and overall experience were outstanding. The team delivered exceptional support, particularly on our first day when we needed it most. Meetings were consistently punctual, and there was no ghosting at all.

GLS is the most organised thing I have been to! The insights we received about the operators from your team really helped, we were able to have really solid conversations about the right things, and still had a chance for a bit of a social chat!

The space was more personal. The fact that there was a match before and the efforts of the Clarion facilitate a lot of the conversations. I think, in the major expos, you barely have time to meet people, shake hands, or even discuss something over here for more personal. If it felt more professional, more to the point without rushing yourself. So I really enjoy the format. I wish more organisers replicate this. It was really good. Kudos to Clarion on this.

It's an excellent format in terms of 1-2-1 meetings with relevant industry operators. Most of my meetings were brilliant and will hopefully lead to new business.
