He holds a Law degree from PUC Minas and a postgraduate qualification in Public Law from Est'cio de S'. His background includes strong expertise in Public, Electoral, and International Law. He was a founding member of the Superior Sports Court for American Football (STJD-FA) and previously served on the Sports Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Minas Gerais chapter (OAB-MG).
