I have built my entire professional career within the online gambling industry, which I joined in 2006 when I started working at Sisal. I began in customer support and progressively expanded my responsibilities across most of the operational areas, including payments, fraud prevention, compliance, and, most recently, responsible gaming, always from a customer operations perspective.

Over the years, I have worked across complex and highly regulated environments, gaining practical experience in customer protection, operational processes, and regulatory compliance. This background has given me the opportunity to contribute to the gradual evolution of operational models, supporting their adaptation to technological changes and increasingly demanding regulatory frameworks.

In 2022, Sisal became part of Flutter International, and since last year we have been integrated into the Flutter Southern Europe & Africa region. In my current role, I am responsible for payments, anti-fraud, compliance, and responsible gaming operations not only for Sisal customers, but also for the Italian customers of PokerStars and Snai. My work is centered on delivering safe, compliant, and customer-centric operations.
