Matt Taube serves as Vice President of Global Gaming Finance, HR, and Risk Management at Carnival Corporation & plc, where he leads efforts to align financial governance, compliance, and human capital across gaming operations for the global organization. He has been at Carnival Corporation for 5 years, helping to drive efforts to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and help lead the operation to a position of strength in its return to service post-pandemic. Matt has played a pivotal role in advancing the Corporation’s efforts in Responsible Gaming initiatives and SOX compliance programs, as well as reshaping the structure and strategy for Gaming shared services. His leadership spans across cross-functional domains and multiple functions, and he is known for his pragmatic and collaborative approach. Prior to joining Carnival, he spent time in a variety of corporate finance & planning roles at AMC Networks and American Express. He currently resides in South Florida with his wife Jenna and two children, Isabelle and Theo.
