Lee Copello has served as Director of Interactive Gaming Compliance for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board since 2022. In that role, he oversees a wide range of functions involving interactive gaming including the launch of new operators, implementation of new game manufacturers, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening existing requirements to ensure the security of interactive gaming.

Lee has played a key role in reinforcing fraud prevention efforts by enforcing robust know-your-customer standards, digital identity verification tools and mandatory multi-factor authentication. Those measures help ensure secure and compliant gaming environments across more than 23 iGaming and sports wagering operators. 

Prior to joining the PGCB, Lee spent twelve years working in land-based casino operations.
