Laura Graham is an Executive Coach specialising in supporting women to succeed in male-dominated industries without compromising who they are.
A former Strategy Director with 20 years’ experience in online gaming, she has built and led high-performing teams with global, tier 1 operators within the sector.
She now works with mid-to-senior level women at pivotal points in their careers — whether they feel stuck in their progression or are finding that work which should feel challenging has become draining.
Laura supports clients to balance directive and empathetic leadership styles, enabling them to achieve results with greater ease, confidence, and authenticity.
Drawing on a BSc in Psychology and a Postgraduate Certificate in Executive Coaching, she helps clients step back, challenge the narratives shaping their decisions, and overcome the internal barriers holding them back.
Having progressed as a female leader within the industry herself, Laura brings both strategic insight and lived experience to her work. She works with clients globally and is an active contributor to the Global Gaming Women network.
