Keita Young

VP of Community Impact, FanDuel
Keita Young is the Vice President of Community Impact at FanDuel, where she leads the development, implementation, and execution of a comprehensive external community impact strategy. Keita drives bold, purpose-driven initiatives that create measurable change and align corporate values with community advancement.
In her role, Keita partners closely with the Responsible Gaming team to identify and support nonprofits and organizations focused on problem gambling, financial literacy, and community relief efforts—ensuring that FanDuel’s community investments strengthen both social impact and player well-being. Her work is grounded in a belief that focused effort creates opportunities for people and communities to thrive.
Keita joined FanDuel in 2022, initially working in the Employee Inclusion space before being tapped in 2025 to lead the Community Impact function. In this role, she advances and expands FanDuel’s external efforts for the good of the company, its customers, and the communities in which it operates.
Before joining FanDuel, Keita spent over eight years at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where she held several leadership roles. As Global Head of Outside Counsel Engagement, she led a global team managing relationships with more than 800 law firms supporting a 2,000+ person legal department. She also developed and led the department’s strategy to strengthen collaboration and accountability among outside counsel. Earlier at JPMorgan Chase, she served as a Program Manager in Human Resources, helping to drive global efforts to increase representation and retention of talent. Keita began her tenure there as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, advising on legal and regulatory risks through complex complaint analysis.
Prior to her corporate career, Keita practiced employment law for eight years, worked as a consultant for an educational nonprofit, and was a successful entrepreneur.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Keita lives in New Jersey with her husband and their three children.
