She has guided organizations through complex licensing and regulatory processes across multiple jurisdictions in both iGaming and infrastructure, including applying for and maintaining licenses in the UK and supporting international groups expanding into Brazil’s newly regulated betting market.
She has held senior leadership roles such as General Counsel, Compliance Officer, and General Manager, positions that combined strategic responsibility with operational oversight, enabling her to connect governance with business growth. A qualified attorney in Brazil, Ellen also holds bachelor’s degrees in Law and Journalism, complemented by an MBA in Communication Management. What drives her is creating spaces where knowledge is shared openly and challenges are transformed into opportunities.
