Corinne Valletta is the General Counsel for Betsson Group, overseeing all legal, regulatory and compliance matters for the Group's daily operations, based in Malta. She originally joined Betsson Group in May 2017 as the Head of Regulatory Affairs and Group Compliance. Corinne has been following the industry since 2010. Her interest in its regulation, but particularly its politics, started with her role within Malta's gambling regulator, where she spent the majority of her time supporting Malta's participation in international and EU affairs. While this aspect remains her dearest one, as key in-house counsel, Corinne is in charge of leading various teams responsible for all aspects of gambling law, policy and regulation. She also forms part of group Operational Management.
