He began his career in engineering and banking where he experienced the adverse impact of Fraud, Financial Crime and the related compliance challenges.  Bill transitioned to technology as a means to better address these challenges with new and innovative solutions, holding senior roles at SAS and Oracle where he specialized in Fraud and AML detection, KYC, and investigations solutions for global financial institutions.
