Bhav Dhanak is a payments executive with over 15 years of experience leading merchant partnerships, product and commercial strategy teams in Europe and the US — with a particular focus on driving merchant growth and commercialising emerging payments innovation. In her current role, Bhav is responsible for Trustly's Gaming & Financial Services merchant portfolio across Europe, working across relationship management, product strategy, and operations to drive growth and deepen merchant partnerships across the region.

Prior to Trustly, Bhav led the merchant sales business for Visa in the UK & Ireland, where she built a team driving market strategy, new product commercialisation, and public sector engagement. Before Visa, she led a corporate strategy team in the US merchant acquiring business at American Express in New York, leading global B2B sales initiatives and cross-functional product development. Her earlier career includes corporate FX sales roles at Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo, where she advised Fortune 500 clients and private equity funds on hedging and risk management strategies. Bhav holds a BS in Finance from the University of Florida, where she graduated as valedictorian, and is based in London.
