Andromeda Morrison is Deputy Executive Director and General Counsel for the Ohio Casino Control Commission overseeing the Commission’s legal services and providing key counsel to the Commission on a wide range of topics. Prior to her current role, Andromeda was the Commission’s first Director of Skill Games providing oversight of skill-based amusement machines in Ohio.  Andromeda has extensive experience with Ohio’s gaming laws including charitable gaming, casino gaming, fantasy sports contests, skill-based amusement machines, and sports gaming. Andromeda has led the effort to develop and implement administrative regulations for the licensing and compliance of skill-based amusement machines and, most recently, sports gaming in Ohio. 
Andromeda received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Bradley University and her law degree from Ohio Northern University.
